ويستفيد العاملون المشمولون في عملية التقليص الذين لا يحق لهم الحصول على التقاعد العادي أو المبكر، من مساعدة مؤقتة يقدمها لهم الصندوق الوطني لتأمينات البطالة لمدة تتراوح بين 12 شهراً و36 شهراً في إطار تأمينات البطالة، ويحصلون على تعويض شهري يتراوح بين ثلاثة أرباع وثلاثة أمثال الحد الأدنى المضمون للأجور.

Laid-off workers who are not eligible for normal or early retirement are entitled to temporary coverage by CNAC under the unemployment insurance policy for 12 to 36 months and receive a monthly unemployment benefit amounting to between three quarters and three times the guaranteed minimum wage (SMIG).
