The authenticity and foundation of the documents submitted by the claimants were the subject of a series of on-site interviews during the course of a technical mission to Kuwait by the secretariat and expert consultants with the former general manager of the HEC, representatives from the HEC, the Ministry of Planning, PAAAF, and the claimants.
