وتولى تنسيق عملية إعداده فريق أساسي من ستة أشخاص، وقادتها وزارة العدل التي نهضت بهذه المسؤولية كاملةً، وحصلت على أقصى مستويات الدعم من 33 فرداً من بينهم منسقون على صعيدي البلديات والوزارات التنفيذية.

The preparation of this report was coordinated by a main team of six (6) people and was led by the Ministry of Justice which was fully responsible and obtained the maximum support of 33 individuals, comprising municipal and line ministry focal points.
