Με βάση τα ανωτέρω, ζητώ από την Επιτροπή να με πληροφορήσει κατά πόσον η εγκατάσταση της βιομηχανικής μονάδας TRENOGARINE/DUCALBI στο Καστέλο Μπράνκο υποστηρίχθηκε από κοινοτικά κονδύλια (PEDIP-ειδικό πρόγραμμα για την ανάπτυξη της Πορτογαλίας και/ή άλλα) και, εάν τούτο ισχύει, κατά πόσον η επιχείρηση συμμορφώθηκε ή όχι προς τις σχετικές συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις, κυρίως σε ό, τι αφορά τη διατήρηση και την προαγωγή της απασχόλησης, καθώς και τη συνέχιση της δραστηριότητας του εργοστασίου.

Can the Commission state whether the establishment of the Trenogarine/Ducalbi industrial unit in Castelo Branco received any support from Community funds (from the PEDIP or any other source), and, if so, whether or not the company fulfilled all of the contractual obligations arising therefrom, especially with respect to job preservation and creation and the continuity of labour in the factory.
