The preparation method of the present invention comprises: the first step (S1) of weaving an optical fiber yarn (F) and a synthetic fiber yarn (T) as a weft and a warp to manufacture fabric (FR); the second step (S2) of pressing the fabric (FR) at a high temperature to spread wrinkle; the third step (S3) of fixing the fabric (FR) to a frame (G) having a certain shape; the fourth step (S4) of mounting a light source (L) to one end of the fabric (FR); and the fifth step (S5) of connecting a power source unit (B) supplying power to the light source (L).
