ويحيط المؤتمر علما بقراري المؤتمر العام للوكالة GC(43)/RES/6 و GC(43)/RES/14، ويحث الدول الأعضاء في الوكالة على بذل كل جهد من أجل سداد تبرعاتها لصندوق التعاون التقني كاملة وفي الوقت المحدد، ويُذكِّر هذه الدول بالتزامها بسداد أنصبتها المقررة من التكاليف البرنامجية.

The Conference notes IAEA General Conference resolutions GC(43)/RES/6 and GC(43)/RES/14, and urges States members of IAEA to make every effort to pay in full and on time their voluntary contributions to the Technical Cooperation Fund and reminds them of their obligation to pay their Assessed Programme Costs.

La Conferencia toma nota de las resoluciones GC(43)/RES/6 y GC(43)/RES/14 de la Conferencia General del OIEA, e insta a los Estados miembros del OIEA a hacer cuanto esté a su alcance por pagar cabal y oportunamente sus contribuciones voluntarias al Fondo de Cooperación Técnica y les recuerda su obligación de pagar los respectivos gastos prorrateados de los programas.

Elle prend note des résolutions de la Conférence générale de l’AIEA GC(43)/RES/6 et GC(43)/RES/14, et elle demande instamment aux États membres de l’Agence de ne ménager aucun effort pour verser en totalité et sans retard leurs contributions volontaires au Fonds de coopération technique et leur rappelle l’obligation qui leur est faite de régler les contributions statutaires aux dépenses des programmes.
