16 - وفي الجلسة العامة الختامية التي عقدت صباح يوم الأحد، 17 تموز/يوليه 2016، أفاد الرئيس المشارك لفريق الاتصال أن الفريق توصل إلى اتفاق بشأن حلول التحديات المبينة في مسار دبي، بما في ذلك الاتفاق على مناقشة بعض الحلول المطروحة لبعض التحديات أثناء التفاوض على مقترحات التعديل المتعلق بمركبات الكربون الهيدروفلورية، وأن المناقشات بهذا الشأن ستختتم قبل اعتماد مثل هذا التعديل.

At the final plenary session, on the morning of Sunday, 17 July 2016, the co-chair of the contact group reported that the group had reached agreement on solutions to the challenges set out in the Dubai Pathway, including agreement that some solutions to some of the challenges would be discussed during the negotiation of the HFC amendment proposals and would be concluded prior to the adoption of any such amendment.

En la última sesión plenaria, celebrada en la mañana del domingo 17 de julio de 2016, el Copresidente del grupo de contacto informó de que el grupo había llegado a un acuerdo sobre las soluciones a los desafíos indicados en la Hoja de ruta de Dubái, y en particular se acordó que las soluciones a algunos de los desafíos se debatirían durante la negociación de las propuestas de enmienda sobre los HFC y se ultimarían antes de aprobar ninguna enmienda.

16. À la dernière séance plénière, qui s’est tenue dans la matinée du dimanche 17 juillet 2016, le coprésident du groupe de contact a indiqué que ce dernier s’était accordé sur des solutions permettant de régler les problèmes recensés dans la Feuille de route de Doubaï et avait notamment conclu que certaines solutions à certains problèmes devraient être examinées à l’occasion de la négociation des propositions d’amendement concernant les HFC et qu’une décision devait avoir été prise à leur sujet avant que soit adopté tout amendement.
