In response, it was noted that such a provision was found expressed in similar terms in article 4 of the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration (1 June 1999), article 25 (2) of the Swiss Rules and article 20.7 of the Arbitration Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA Rules”).

Se respondió que existían disposiciones de tenor similar en el artículo 4 del Reglamento de la Asociación Internacional de Abogados relativo a las reglas de la prueba en el arbitraje comercial internacional (de 1o de junio de 1999), en el párrafo 2) del artículo 25 del Reglamento Suizo y en el artículo 20.7 del Reglamento de Arbitraje de la Corte de Arbitraje Internacional de la LCIA de Londres (“el Reglamento de la LCIA Londres”).
