Eccovi un esempio di come si puo realizzare un semplice layer in poco tempo con l'uso del html e dei fogli di stile realizzando un semplice contenitore con i "div" ma si possono usare anche le "classi", e dopo aver dato un colore di sfondo con i CSS ho aggiunto un bordo colorato che con la funzione "box-shadow" si possono dare gli effetti che piu piace, con i primi due valori si regolando la direzione a destra, a sinistra, in alto e in basso e con il terzo valore si regola la densita della sfumatura che in questo caso risulta esterna, ma se vogliamo che diventi interna basta scrivere davanti ai valori "inset", tenendo conto che si possono inserire piu sfumature basta separarle con una virgola.
