It does not include a person or entity that is a registered charity as defined in subsection 248(1) of the Income Tax Act and is licensed, registered, permitted or otherwise authorized to carry on business temporarily for charitable purposes, if the business is carried out in the establishment of a casino for not more than two consecutive days at a time under the supervision of an employee of the establishment.

La présente définition ne vise pas la personne ou l'entité qui est un organisme de bienfaisance enregistré au sens du paragraphe 248(1) de la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu et qui est autorisée, par licence, permis ou enregistrement, ou autrement, à exercer temporairement une activité à des fins caritatives, si l'activité se déroule dans l'établissement d'un casino pendant au plus deux jours consécutifs à la fois, sous la surveillance d'un employé de l'établissement.
