وإذ يأخذ في اعتباره القرارات التي اعتمدتها اللجنة 61/2 المؤرخ 18 أيار/مايو 2005 بشأن النظام الأساسي للمعهد الإحصائي لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، و 61/3 المؤرخ 18 أيار/مايو 2005 بشأن النظام الأساسي لمركز الهندسة والأجهزة الزراعية لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ التابع للأمم المتحدة، و 61/4 المؤرخ 18 أيار/مايو 2005 بشأن النظام الأساسي لمركز آسيا والمحيط الهادئ لنقل التكنولوجيا، التي نقّحت بموجبها الأنظمة الأساسية للمؤسسات الإقليمية المذكورة في كل منها، فضلا عن قرار اللجنة 61/6 المؤرخ 18 أيار/ مايو 2005 بشأن تأسيس مركز آسيا والمحيط الهادئ لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من أجل التنمية كعملية متابعة لمؤتمر القمة العالمي لمجتمع المعلومات (يشار فيما يلي إلى جميع المؤسسات المذكورة أعلاه مجتمعة بعبارة ”المؤسسات الإقليمية“)،

Taking into account Commission resolutions 61/2 of 18 May 2005 on the statute of the Statistical Institute for Asia and the Pacific, 61/3 of 18 May 2005 on the statute of the United Nations Asian and Pacific Centre for Agricultural Engineering and Machinery, 61/4 of 18 May 2005 on the statute of the Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology, in which it revised the statutes of the respective regional institutions, and resolution 61/6 of 18 May 2005 on the establishment of the Asian and Pacific Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development as a follow-up to the World Summit on the Information Society (all of the above-mentioned institutions being collectively referred to hereunder as “the regional institutions”),

Teniendo en cuenta las resoluciones de la Comisión 61/2, de 18 de mayo de 2005, relativa al estatuto del Instituto de Estadística para Asia y el Pacífico, 61/3, de 18 de mayo de 2005, relativa al estatuto del Centro de Ingeniería y Maquinaria Agrícolas para Asia y el Pacífico, 61/4, de 18 de mayo de 2005, relativa al estatuto del Centro Asiático y del Pacífico para la transferencia de tecnología, por la que revisó los estatutos de las instituciones regionales respectivas, y su resolución 61/6, de 18 de mayo de 2005, relativa al establecimiento del Centro de Capacitación de Asia y el Pacífico en tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones para el desarrollo, como complemento de la Cumbre Mundial sobre la Sociedad de la Información (todas las instituciones mencionadas se denominan en adelante “las instituciones regionales” en forma colectiva),
