ولا بد أيضا من الإشارة إلى أهمية القانون الدستوري، الذي اعتُمد بناء على مبادرة من رئيس الدولة بشأن تقوية دور الأحزاب السياسية في تجديد إدارة الحكم في الدولة، وإضفاء مزيد من الديمقراطية عليها، وتحديث البلاد، والذي وضع في أفضل وقت مناسب، الأساس التشريعي لمزيد من تعميق الإصلاح الديمقراطي وهيكلة المصالح السياسية للناخبين وللنواب البرلمانيين.

Mention must also be made of the importance of the Constitutional Act, adopted on the initiative of the Head of State, on strengthening the role of political parties in the renewal and further democratization of State governance and the modernization of the country, which in the timeliest possible manner laid the legislative foundation for further pursuit of the democratic reforms and the structuring of the political interests of the electorate and the body of deputies.

Cabe también destacar la importancia de la Ley constitucional sobre el fortalecimiento del papel de los partidos políticos en la revitalización y ulterior democratización de la administración pública y la modernización del país, aprobada por iniciativa del Jefe de Estado, que sentó oportunamente las bases legislativas para seguir profundizando las reformas democráticas y estructurando los intereses políticos de electores y legisladores.
