The fixed angle hybrid centrifugal rotor having penetrative composite reinforcing material according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: an outer part formed of a composite material fiber reinforced at least in the circumferential direction on the outside; an inner part, located inside the outer part, having a stiffness of 1/5 of the outer part or less, and provided with a slot containing a specimen; and the composite reinforcing material mounted on the slot of the inner part, formed of a material having higher stiffness than the inner part, and fiber reinforced at least in the circumferential direction of the slot in which at least one part of the composite reinforcing material penetrates the inner part and protrudes outside of the inner part.

Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un rotor centrifuge hybride à angle fixe ayant un matériau de renforcement composite pénétrant comprenant : une partie extérieure constituée d'un matériau composite renforcé de fibres au moins dans la direction circonférentielle sur l'extérieur ; une partie intérieure, située à l'intérieur de la partie extérieure, ayant une rigidité de 1/5 de la partie extérieure ou moins, et dotée d'une fente contenant un échantillon ; et le matériau de renforcement composite monté sur la fente de la partie intérieure, constitué d'un matériau ayant une rigidité plus élevée que celle de la partie intérieure, et renforcé de fibres au moins dans la direction circonférentielle de la fente dans laquelle au moins une partie du matériau de renforcement composite pénètre dans la partie intérieure et fait saillie vers l'extérieur de la partie intérieure.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 관통형 복합재 보강물을 갖는 고정각 타입 하이브리드 원심분리기 로터는, 외측에 적어도 원주 방향으로 섬유 보강된 복합재료로 형성된 외측부와, 상기 외측부의 내측에 위치하고, 상기 외측부 강성의 1/5 이하의 강성을 가지며, 시료를 수용하는 슬롯이 형성된 내측부와, 상기 내측부의 슬롯에 장착되며 상기 내측부보다 높은 강성을 갖는 재질로 형성되어 적어도 상기 슬롯의 원주방향으로 섬유 보강된 복합재 보강물을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 복합재 보강물은 적어도 일부가 상기 내측부를 관통하여 내측부의 외부로 돌출됨을 특징으로 한다.
