- الاستمرار، حيثما كان ذلك مناسباً، في توضيح تفسير التشريعات المحلية لتوسيع نطاق المادة 206 من القانون الجنائي تماشياً مع المادة 22 من اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد، بحيث تشمل "أية ممتلكات أو أموال أو أوراق مالية خصوصية أو أيّ أشياء أخرى ذات قيمة" بوصفها الشيء موضوع الاختلاس في القطاع الخاص وألاَّ تقتصر على "شيء منقول يعود لشخص آخر"؛

· Continue to clarify, where deemed appropriate, the interpretation of domestic legislation to widen the scope of article 206 of the Criminal Code in line with article 22 of the UNCAC so that it includes as the object of embezzlement in the private sector “any property, private funds or securities or any other thing of value” and not only “a movable object of another”;

· Seguir trabajando para aclarar, si se estima oportuno, la interpretación de la legislación interna en cuanto a la ampliación del ámbito de aplicación del artículo 206 del Código Penal, de conformidad con el artículo 22 de la Convención contra la Corrupción, con el fin de que incluya como objeto de malversación en el sector privado “cualesquiera bienes, fondos o títulos privados o cualquier otra cosa de valor” y no únicamente “un bien mueble de otra persona”;
