The present invention relates to a Dutch coffee drip device which comprises: a stand (10) having a vertical length; a rotation driving unit (20, 20') installed on the lower side of the stand (10); a drip server (30) which is installed on the upper part of the rotation driving unit (20), is rotated by the rotation driving unit (20, 20') and contains extracted coffee therein; a drip unit (40) which is installed on the upper part of the drip server (30), is rotated by the rotating operation of the rotation driving unit (20, 20') or the drip server (30) and contains coffee powder therein; and a water supply container (50) which is installed on the upper part of the stand (10), is filled with water, and has a water drip tube (51) through which water drips to the drip unit (40), wherein the lower end of the water drip tube (51) is installed so as to be eccentric to the center of the rotation of the drip unit (40).

본 발명은 더치커피 드립 장치에 관한 것으로, 상하 방향으로 길이를 가지는 거치대(10)와; 거치대(10)의 하부쪽에 설치되는 회전구동유닛(20, 20')과; 회전구동유닛(20)의 상부에 위치되어 상기 회전구동유닛(20, 20')에 의해 회전 동작되고, 내부에는 추출되는 커피가 수용되는 드립서버(30)와; 드립서버(30)의 상부에 위치되어 회전구동유닛(20, 20') 또는 드립서버(30)의 회전 동작에 의해 회전되며, 내부에 커피분말이 수용되는 드립유닛(40)과; 거치대(10)의 상부쪽에 설치되어 내부에 물이 담겨지고, 드립유닛(40)으로 물을 낙하시키는 워터드립관(51)이 구비된 급수용기(50)로 이루어지되, 워터드립관(51)의 하부 끝단은 드립유닛(40)의 회전중심으로부터 편심되도록 설치되고, 이와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 종래에 비해 많은 양의 더치커피를 신속하게 추출하면서도 커피분말로부터 커피를 균일하게 추출할 수 있기 때문에 우수한 맛과 향을 가지는 커피를 추출할 수 있다.
