ويُسمح للوكلاء الاقتصاديين بشراء سبائك الذهب بأي شكل بغرض إنتاج السلع في سان مارينو، وذلك رهنا بإذن مسبق من المصرف المركزي المسؤول أيضا عن الإشراف على طريقة استخدام الذهب غير الخالص المستورد ووجهته.

Economic agents are allowed to buy bar gold in any form for the production of goods in San Marino subject to the prior authorisation of the Central Bank which is also responsible for supervision of the use and destination of imported unrefined gold.
