Verfahren zur Herstellung von hochkonzentrierten, hochdispergierten Pigmentkonzentraten (Masters) mit höchster erreichbarer Farbstärke, wobei man eine Mischung aus (A) einem oder mehreren Pigmenten und/oder Füllstoffen, (B) einem oder mehreren anionischen, nicht ionischen, kationischen und elektrisch neutralen Netzmitteln und/oder (C) einem oder mehreren Polymerträgern sowie eventuellen anderen Additiven in einen geeigneten Mischer gibt, in dem diese Mischung während einer bestimmten Zeit hohen Scherkräften unterzogen wird, bis die Masse durch die erzeugte Reibungswärme schmilzt.

In a process for manufacturing highly concentrated, highly dispersed pigment concentrates (masters) with the highest possible colouring power, a mixture of (A) one or more pigments and/or fillers, (B) one or more anionic, nonionic, cationic and electrically neutral wetting agents and/or (C) one or more polymer carriers and possibly other additives is introduced into a suitable mixer where it is subjected to high shearing forces for a given time until the frictional heat generated causes the material to melt.

Procédé de fabrication de concentrés de pigments (masters) hautement concentrés et hautement dispersés ayant le plus fort pouvoir colorant possible selon lequel on introduit un mélange (A) d'une ou plusieurs pigments et/ou charges, (B) d'un ou plusieurs agents mouillants anioniques, non-ioniques, cationiques et électriquement neutres et/ou (C) d'un ou plusieurs porteurs polymères, ainsi que d'autres additifs éventuels, dans un mélangeur approprié au sein duquel ledit mélange est soumis à des forces de cisaillement pendant un laps de temps donné, jusqu'à ce que la chaleur de friction ainsi produite fasse fondre ledit mélange.
