وحينما يصبح ذبح الأطفال الأبرياء أمرا مقبولا أو مبررا على نحو ما بذريعة تعزيز الأمن أو ”الإرهاب المضاد“، فإننا نعلم أننا غرقنا بشكل كامل في نفق مظلم حيث هناك انعدام كامل للقانون، وانعدام للمنطق أو العقل، وانعدام للأخلاق، وانعدام للضمير، وانعدام للإنسانية.
