Falls eine wesentliche Verschlechterung der wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Verhältnisse des Lieferanten eintritt, insbesondere ein Antrag auf Eröffnung des Vergleichs- oder Insolvenzverfahrens über sein Vermögen gestellt wird, sind wir zum Rücktritt vom Vertrag berechtigt, wenn durch die vorgenannten Umstände die Abwicklung des Vertrages gefährdet erscheint.

If any considerable worsening of the economic and financial circumstances of the supplier, in particular an application to institute bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings on his assets, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract, if completion of the contract appears to be jeopardised by the above-mentioned circumstances.
