The Minister made a powerful point about decentralisation from London to Wales and Scotland, but the point that is being made today is very different; the point is that decentralisation should not stop at Cardiff, Newport, or St Athan, because what we are facing here are closures in towns the size of Aberystwyth, and in towns like Haverfordwest, where the nearest offices are a considerable way away.
