The MEMS chip for ChIP comprises: an injection port through which a sample including a protein that is bound with DNA and antibody is introduced; a chamber communicated with the injection port, and having a plurality of beads positioned on the inner surface thereof, wherein a specific protein that binds with the antibody is fixed to the beads; and a discharge port communicated with the chamber, and formed on the other side of the injection port so as to discharge the introduced sample.
