Government’s position that Jammu & Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh are integral parts of India and that there should be no discrimination against visa applicants of Indian nationality on grounds of domicile and ethnicity has been clearly conveyed to the Chinese Government, at the highest level, on several occasions, including during the visit to India by Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in December 2010.

सरकार के इस दृष्टिकोण से कि जम्मू व कश्मीर भारत का अभिन्न भाग हैं और अधिवास एवं जातीयता के आधार पर भारतीय राष्ट्रिकों के वीजा आवेदनों के साथ कोई भेदभाव नहीं किया जाना चाहिए, चीनी सरकार को कई अवसरों पर जिसमें कि चीन के प्रधान मंत्री वेन जियावाओ की दिसंबर, 2010 में हुई भारत की यात्रा भी शामिल है, उच्च स्तरों पर स्पष्ट रूप से अवगत करा दिया गया है।
