MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE TREASURY BOARD AND THE CANADIAN COLLEGES FACULTY ASSOCIATION IN RESPECT OF THE UNIVERSITY TEACHING GROUP BARGAINING UNIT The parties agree that, despite the fact that they have not concluded a collective agreement for a period commencing 1 July 2004, the provisions of Appendix "C" of the collective agreement which expired 30 June 2004 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to 15 September 2004 and 15 January 2005.

PROTOCOLE D'ENTENTE ENTRE LE CONSEIL DU TRÉSOR ET L'ASSOCIATION DES PROFESSEURS DES COLLEGES MILITAIRES DU CANADA AYANT TRAIT À L'UNITÉ DE NÉGOCIATION DU GROUPE ENSEIGNEMENT UNIVERSITAIRE Les parties conviennent que, même si elles n'ont pas signé de convention collective pour la période commençant le 1er juillet 2004, les dispositions de l'Appendice « C » de la convention collective qui est arrivée à échéance le 30 juin 2004 s'appliquent, compte tenu des adaptations nécessaires, au 15 septembre 2004 et au 15 janvier 2005.
