ونلاحظ بارتياح حقيقة أن ما يزيد على 130 رئيس دولة أو حكومة ووزراء خارجية وآخرين من الذين شاركوا في المناقشة العامة هذا العام لبوا نداء الأمين العام وأعربوا عن استعدادهم للمساهمة في إثمار عملية الإصلاح.

We note with satisfaction the fact that more than 130 of the heads of State or Government, ministers for foreign affairs and others who attended this year’s general debate heeded the Secretary-General’s call and expressed their willingness to contribute to bringing the process of reform to fruition.
