كذلك نرفض، عملا بمبدأ السيادة، العلاقة بين البنك الدولي ومراكز التحكيم مثل المركز الدولي لتسوية منازعات الاستثمار الذي لا يفعل غير إصدار الأحكام على بعض الأطراف ومعاقبتها بينما يخدم المصالح عبر الوطنية على حساب المصالح الوطنية.

We also reject, on the basis of the principle of sovereignty, the relationship between the World Bank and arbitration centres such as the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, which has only served to pass judgment on and penalize certain parties and to benefit transnational interests over national interests.
