وفيما يتعلق بالعمليات التي تضطلع بها المؤسسة في مجالات التوظيف والاختيار والتدريب ومنح الحوافز وتقييم أداء الموظفين الحكوميين القياديين الذين يعملون فيها أو ينضوون تحتها، ستساعد دائرة الاحتراف المهني على إتمامها بشكل أكثر شفافية، في جو من تكافؤ الفرص وعلى أساس الكفاءة، مع السعي إلى ضمان الكفاءة المهنية لدى الموظفين الحكوميين.

With a view to enhancing the professionalism of civil servants, the Service will work to improve the transparency of the Commission’s procedures for recruitment and selection, the award of incentives and the evaluation of staff performance, and to ensure that those procedures offer equal opportunities and are merit-based.

El SPC coadyuvará a que los procesos de la institución en materia de reclutamiento, selección, capacitación, otorgamiento de estímulos y evaluación al desempeño de los servidores públicos de mando que laboran en ésta o que se incorporen a la misma, se lleven a cabo de una forma más transparente, en igualdad de oportunidades y basados en el mérito, buscando con ello la profesionalización de los servidores públicos.
