يظلُّ الحق الضماني السابق المُنشأ بمقتضى القانون السابق نافذاً بين الطرفين ولو كان إنشاؤه لا يمتثل لمقتضيات الإنشاء الواردة في هذا القانون.

A prior security right remains effective between the parties notwithstanding that its creation did not comply with the creation requirements of this Law.
