وقدّم المقرر الخاص المعني بالأشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، دودو ديـين، تقريرا أثناء انعقاد الدورة الخامسة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان بشأن البرامج السياسية التي تشجع على التمييز العنصري أو تحرِّض عليه (A/HRC/5/10).

The Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related forms of intolerance, Doudou Diène, submitted a report to the fifth session of the Human Rights Council on political platforms which promote or incite racial discrimination (A/HRC/5/10).
