본 발명은 GPCR19 작용제, 또는 소듐 타우로디옥시콜레이트 (Sodium taurodeoxycholate) 및 그 유도체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 알러지성 피부질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 경구제, 주사제, 및 알러지성 피부질환 예방 및 개선용 외용제 및 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 기존의 스테로이드 연고 및 면역억제제 연고와 비교하여도 알러지성 피부염의 치료 및 개선에 우수한 효과를 나타내며, 알러지성 피부염 병증의 주요 인자인 혈청 면역 글로불린 IgE의 양을 직접적으로 감소시키고, 알러지성 피부염의 병증을 완화시키는 TH1 사이토카인은 증가시키며, 알러지성 피부염의 병증을 악화시키는 TH2 사이토카인은 감소시키고, 진피세포 내에 비만세포, 호산구 및 중성구의 침윤을 감소시키므로 알러지성 피부질환 예방 및 치료용 의약품 조성물로써 활용할 수 있다.
