In the meanwhile, the 5th meeting of the Supervisory Committee on Cauvery held on 28.09.2015, it constituted a Sub-Committee on 21.10.2015 to analyse the distress situation in the Cauvery Basin of Karnataka and suggest procedure for determining distress in an on-going year in accordance with provisions of CWDT's final order.
