تكفل وزارة الخارجية ووزارة الشؤون الاقتصادية والتكامل الأوروبي ووزارة الداخلية ووزارة الدفاع ووزارة النقل ووزارة السياسات الصناعية واللجنة الحكومية لحماية حدود دولة أوكرانيا والإدارة الحكومية للجمارك والشركة الحكومية لتصدير واستيراد المنتجات والخدمات العسكرية والخاصة، بمشاركة إدارة الأمن، الامتثال لمقتضيات الامتناع عن تقديم أي شكل من أشكال الدعم، الصريح أو الضمني، إلى التنظيمات أو الأشخاص الضالعين في الأعمال الإرهابية، ويشمل ذلك وضع حد لعملية تجنيد أعضاء الجماعات الإرهابية ومنع تزويد الإرهابيين بالسلاح؛

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and European Integration, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industrial Policy, the State Committee on the Protection of the State Border, the State Customs Service and the State company for the export and import of military and special products and services (Ukrspetseksport) shall, with the participation of the Security Service, ensure compliance with the requirements to prohibit the provision of any form of support, active or passive, to organizations or persons involved in terrorist acts, including by suppressing recruitment of members of terrorist groups and eliminating the channels for the supply of weapons to terrorists;

El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, el Ministerio de Economía y Cuestiones relativas a la Integración Europea, el Ministerio del Interior, el Ministerio de Defensa, el Ministerio de Transporte, el Ministerio de Política Industrial, el Comité Estatal para la Protección de las Fronteras Estatales, el Servicio Estatal de Aduanas, la Empresa Estatal de exportación e importación de productos y servicios militares y especiales “Ukrspetseksport” aseguren, con la participación del Servicio de Seguridad, el cumplimiento de los requisitos relativos a la prohibición de la prestación de cualquier tipo de apoyo (activo o pasivo) a organizaciones o personas involucradas en actos terroristas, inclusive mediante la represión del reclutamiento de miembros de agrupaciones terroristas y la eliminación de los canales de suministro de armas a los terroristas.

Le Ministère des affaires étrangères, le Ministère de l’économie et de l’intégration européenne, le Ministère de l’intérieur, le Ministère de la défense, le Ministère des transports, le Ministère de l’industrie, le Secrétariat d’État à la protection des frontières du territoire, le Service national des douanes et la Société nationale d’exportation et d’importation de matériels, produits et services militaires et spéciaux (Ukrspetseksport) veillent, avec la participation du Service de la sécurité, au respect des dispositions en application desquelles l’Ukraine doit s’abstenir d’apporter quelque forme d’appui que ce soit, actif ou passif, aux entités ou personnes impliquées dans des actes de terrorisme, notamment en réprimant le recrutement de membres de groupes terroristes et en mettant fin à l’approvisionnement en armes des terroristes.
