The present invention relates to anion-emitting paint compositions using natural minerals in which the paint compositions are manufactured by mixing ion-emitting tourmaline, rare earth elements that include titanium dioxide, Ce3+ or Ce4+ composition having a photo-catalyst function, and talc having a high SiO2 content at a constant rate, thereby improving an anion-emitting function that is beneficial to the human body, promoting air purification and photosynthesis plant growth through an increase in anions, and emitting far infrared rays beneficial to the human body.
