I think that this is a great way to get some extra water in your life...I use it everyday for myself... also my daughters loves drinking from it, and helps take the worry out of them getting dehydrated when they go out... it's great...only thing is....you can't just fill up one bottle..we have many different bottles.. if there was another size like a 32oz or 20oz.
