In a letter dated 11 August 2003 from the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to the President of the Assembly of States Parties (ICC-ASP/2/8, annex), the Prosecutor submitted three nominations for election to the post of Deputy Prosecutor, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 42 of the Rome Statute.
