Във всеки случай, както вече посочих, доколкото Съветът е удовлетворил възложената му тежест на доказване във връзка с ограничителните мерки, Съдът не е компетентен да разглежда на етапа на обжалване начина, по който Общият съд е направил преценка на насрещните доказателства, представени пред него от г‐н Anbouba(72).

In any event, since, as we have seen, the Council discharged the burden of proof borne by it in matters concerning restrictive measures, it does not fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice in appeal proceedings to examine the way in which the General Court assessed the evidence to the contrary submitted to it by Mr Anbouba.
