According to the present invention, a method for issuing NFC tags uses an application which performs on a NFC mobile communication terminal and comprises the steps of: transmitting, by the application, a tag issuance request signal and user authentication information of the NFC mobile communication terminal to an administrator server; confirming the authentication information using user information in response to the tag issuance request signal by the administrator server, and when a URL corresponding to the NFC tag on the basis of the result of the confirmation is created, receiving, by the application, the URL transmitted from the administrator server; and writing, by the application, the URL in the NFC tag when the NFC mobile communication terminal approaches the NFC tag so that the administrator server can permit the NFC tag to issue the tag.

NFC 이동 통신 단말기에서 실행되는 애플리케이션을 이용한 NFC 태그 발급 방법은 상기 애플리케이션이 태그 발급 요청 신호와 상기 NFC 이동 통신 단말기의 사용자의 인증 정보를 운영 서버로 전송하는 단계와, 상기 운영 서버가 상기 태그 발급 요청 신호에 응답하여 사용자 정보를 이용하여 상기 인증 정보를 확인하고, 확인결과에 기초하여 상기 NFC 태그에 대응되는 URL을 생성하면, 상기 애플리케이션이 상기 운영 서버로부터 전송된 상기 URL을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 운영 서버가 상기 NFC 태그에 상기 태그 발급을 허용할 수 있도록, 상기 NFC 이동 통신 단말기가 상기 NFC 태그로 접근할 때, 상기 애플리케이션이 상기 URL을 상기 NFC 태그에 라이팅하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
