1) An incorrect title had been erroneously indicated in the cover page of the abovementioned document having been officially transmitted on 23 May 2007, which read "Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules for the international carriage of passengers by coach and bus"; in that document, the correct title was that appearing at the beginning of the text of the recast proposal and reading "Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules for access to the market for coach and bus services".

1) Op het schutblad van voornoemd op 23 mei 2007 officieel voorgelegd document stond bij vergissing een onjuiste titel die als volgt luidde: "Voorstel voor een verordening van het Europees Parlement en de Raad houdende gemeenschappelijke regels voor het internationaal vervoer van personen met touringcars en autobussen"; in het document stond aan het begin van de tekst van het herschikkingsvoorstel wél de juiste titel, die als volgt luidde: "Voorstel voor een verordening van het Europees Parlement en de Raad tot vaststelling van gemeenschappelijke regels voor toegang tot de markt voor touringcar- en autobusdiensten".
