Um die wunderschönen Brunnenanlagen – welche ihn dekorieren – mit Wasser zu versorgen, wurden eigens dafür eine Wasserleitung geplant und 1762 eingeweiht. Die Brunnen sind Werke von diversen Bildhauern und stellen mythologische Motive dar.

The palace is surrounded by an enormous park and to supply the beautiful fountains that decorate it (works by different sculptors showing mythological subjects), an aqueduct was built specifically for them and inaugurated in 1762.
