إن استمرار الوضع الحالي الذي تتصرف به الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا كقوة غاشمة تمارس العدوان اليومي على العراق بدون رادع يستوجب منكم موقفا صريحا وحازما في إدانة هذا العدوان والمطالبة بوقفه الفوري وتحميل مرتكبيه المسؤولية الكاملة عنه.

The continuation of the current situation, where the United States and the United Kingdom are exercising brute force and perpetrating daily aggression against Iraq without any deterrent, requires you to adopt a clear and decisive position in condemning this aggression, calling for an immediate halt to it and placing full responsibility on those committing it.

La prolongación de la situación actual, en la que los Estados Unidos de América y el Reino Unido se comportan como una fuerza bruta que agrede diariamente al Iraq sin la menor cortapisa, obliga a Vuestra Excelencia a adoptar una posición clara y tajante de condena de esta agresión y a exigir que se le ponga fin de inmediato, haciendo recaer sobre quienes la cometen todas las responsabilidades que se deriven de dicha agresión.
