The overall implementation of the regular budget for the last biennium was 96.4 per cent, resulting in a provisional surplus of $4,248,200, which represents 3.6 per cent of the restated appropriations after applying the adjustment formula shown in the GC.8/Dec.17 to take account of the average exchange rate actually experienced during the biennium.
