There our delegations will be promoting the project of corresponding decision that would ensure a uniform approach to monitoring elections. The meeting of Council of the ministers of foreign affairs of OSCE will take place in December.

En diciembre se celebrará la reunión del Consejo de ministros de relaciones exteriores de la OSCE, donde también propondremos un proyecto de la decisión, que prevé la aprobación de los principios básicos de la observación electoral, confeccionados por la OTSC, de los cuales me he referido.

В декабре предстоит заседание Совета министров иностранных дел ОБСЕ, на котором мы тоже будем предлагать проект решения, предусматривающего одобрение разработанных ОДКБ базовых принципов наблюдения за выборами, о которых я упомянул.
