Disclosed is a fully-automatic hydraulic striping and bead dismounting machine, the machine comprising a monolithic frame (10); and a clamping mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a tire stripping mechanism and a bead dismounting mechanism, provided on the monolithic frame (10), wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a chuck for clamping a tire (12) to be machined; the rotating mechanism comprises a driving device for driving the chuck to rotate; the tire stripping mechanism comprises a stripping tool (11) provided perpendicular to an axial direction of the chuck and opposite to the rubber portion of the tire (12); and the bead dismounting mechanism comprises a bead dismounting tool provided in the axial direction of the chuck and opposite to the bead portion of the tire (12).
