Maalet med samarbejdet inden for denne sektor er at fremme en harmonisk udvikling af de lokale eller regionale luftfartssystemer og tilpasning af luftflaaden til den teknologiske udvikling, ivaerksaettelse af Organisationen for International Civil Luftfarts luftfartsplan, forbedring af modtagelsesinfrastrukturerne og anvendelse af de internationale driftsnormer, udvikling og udbygning af centrene for vedligeholdelse af fly, uddannelse samt udvikling af moderne sikkerhedssystemer for lufthavne.

Στόχος της συνεργασίας στον τομέα αυτό είναι η προώθηση της αρμονικής ανάπτυξης των τοπικών ή περιφερειακών συστημάτων εναέριων μεταφορών και η προσαρμογή του τοπικού αεροπορικού στόλου στην τεχνολογική πρόοδο, η εφαρμογή του σχεδίου αεροναυσιπλοΐας της Διεθνούς Οργάνωσης Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας (ICAO), η βελτίωση της υποδομής εδάφους και η εφαρμογή των διεθνών προδιαγραφών εκμετάλλευσης, η ανάπτυξη και ενίσχυση των κέντρων συντήρησης αεροσκαφών, η εκπαίδευση και η ανάπτυξη σύγχρονων συστημάτων ασφάλειας αεροδρομίων.

The objective of cooperation in this field shall be to promote the harmonious development of local and regional OCT air transport networks and the modernization of local fleets of aircraft in line with technical progress, the implementation of the international Civil Aviation Organization air navigation plan, the improvement of reception infrastructure and the application of international operating standards, the development and improvement of aircraft maintenance centres, the provision of training and the development of modern airport security systems.

L'obiettivo della cooperazione in questo settore consiste nel promuovere lo sviluppo armonioso dei sistemi dei trasporti aerei locali o regionali e l'adeguamento della flotta aerea locale al progresso tecnologico, l'attuazione del piano di navigazione aerea dell'Organiz zazione internazionale dell'aviazione civile, il miglioramento delle infrastrutture di accoglienza e l'applicazione delle norme internazionali di gestione, lo sviluppo e il potenziamento dei centri di manutenzione degli aerei, la formazione e lo sviluppo di moderni sistemi aeroportuali di sicurezza.

De samenwerking in deze sector heeft ten doel de lokale of regionale luchtvaartsystemen op harmonische wijze te ontwikkelen en de lokale luchtvloot aan de technologische vooruitgang aan te passen; uitvoering van het luchtvaartplan van de Internationale Burgerluchtvaartor ganisatie (ICAO), verbetering van de opvangvoorzieningen en toepassing van internationale exploitatienormen; ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van onderhoudscentra voor vliegtuigen; opleiding; ontwikkeling van moderne vliegveldbeveiligingssystemen.
