وأشارت الدولة الطرف إلى البيان الذي أدلى به أحد سكان "أنتينا" أمام قاضي التحقيق في محكمة الدائرة الرابعة لمدينة بلغراد والذي أفاد فيه بجملة أمور من بينها أن "هؤلاء الأشخاص لم يحملوا أي شارات وكانوا يرتدون زياً مدنياً ولم يستخدموا إلاَّ أيديهم وأرجلهم أثناء الهجوم على سكان المستوطنة".

The State party referred to the statement made by one of the “Antena” inhabitants, before the investigating judge of the Fourth Municipal Court of Belgrade where he indicated, inter alia, that “these individuals did not have any insignia and wore civilian clothes and used only their arms and legs during the attack on the settlement’s residents.”

El Estado parte se remite a la declaración realizada por uno de los habitantes del asentamiento "Antena" ante el juez de instrucción del Cuarto Tribunal Municipal de Belgrado, según la cual "esas personas no lucían ninguna insignia, llevaban trajes civiles y solo utilizaron los brazos y las piernas durante la agresión contra los residentes del asentamiento".

L’État partie mentionne une déclaration de l’un des habitants de la «cité Antena» devant le juge d’instruction du Tribunal municipal no 4 de Belgrade; celui‐ci avait dit notamment que «ces individus ne portaient pas d’insigne et avaient des vêtements civils et utilisaient uniquement leurs bras et leurs jambes pendant l’agression contre les habitants».
