(2) Während der gesamten Dauer des Verfahrens vor dem Gerichtshof müssen die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für den Schutz von FIDUCIA-Informationen insbesondere der Form und dem Umfang der betreffenden Informationen und des betreffenden Materials, der Umgebung und der Struktur der Räume des FIDUCIA-Büros sowie der örtlichen Einschätzung der Bedrohung durch feindselige und/oder kriminelle Handlungen, einschließlich Spionage, Sabotage oder Terrorakte, entsprechen.

2. Security measures for protecting FIDUCIA information throughout the proceedings before the Court of Justice shall be commensurate with, in particular, the form in which the information or material concerned is presented and its volume, the environment and structure of the FIDUCIA office premises and the locally assessed threat of malicious and/or criminal activities, including espionage, sabotage and terrorism.

(2) Azok a biztonsági intézkedések, amelyek a Bíróság előtti eljárás során mindvégig a FIDUCIA adatok védelmét szolgálják, arányban állnak különösen az érintett adatok vagy anyagok formájával, továbbá azok mennyiségével, a FIDUCIA iroda helyiségeinek elhelyezkedésével és felépítésével, valamint a szándékos károkozásokból és/vagy bűncselekményekből – a kémkedést, a szabotázst és a terrorizmust is ideértve – eredően helyi szinten fennálló fenyegetéssel.

(2) Măsurile de securitate pentru protecția informațiilor FIDUCIA pe tot parcursul procedurii în fața Curții de Justiție sunt proporționale în special cu forma și cu volumul informațiilor sau al materialelor în cauză, cu amplasarea și cu structura incintelor biroului FIDUCIA, precum și cu evaluarea locală a amenințării reprezentate de activități rău-intenționate și/sau criminale, inclusiv spionaj, sabotaj și terorism.
