ويرى الفريق العامل، وقد فحص المعلومات الواردة، في ظل عدم ورود أي رد من الحكومة، أن الأشقاء الثلاثة من أسرة العباب محتجزون احتجازاً تعسفياً بما يخالف المادة 9 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان التي تقرر أنه "لا يجوز اعتقال أي إنسان أو حجزه أو نفيه تعسفاً"؛ والفقرة 1 من المادة 9 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية التي تنص على أنه "لكل فرد الحق في الحرية وفى الأمان على شخصه"؛ وأنه "لا يجوز حرمان أحد من حريته إلا لأسباب ينص عليها القانون وطبقاً للإجراء المقرر فيه".

Having examined the information received and in the absence of a reply from the Government, the Working Group considers that the three Al Abbab brothers are arbitrarily detained, in contravention of article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which establishes that “no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile”; and of article 9, paragraph 1, of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, according to which “everyone has the right to liberty and security of person”; and “no one shall be deprived of his liberty except on such grounds and in accordance with such procedure as are established by law”.

Tras examinar la información recibida y en ausencia de una respuesta del Gobierno, el Grupo de Trabajo considera que la detención de los tres hermanos Al Abbab es arbitraria, pues contraviene el artículo 9 de la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos, que establece que "nadie podrá ser arbitrariamente detenido, preso ni desterrado"; y el artículo 9, párrafo 1, del Pacto Internacional de Derechos Civiles y Políticos, según el cual "todo individuo tiene derecho a la libertad y a la seguridad personales" y "nadie podrá ser privado de su libertad, salvo por las causas fijadas por ley y con arreglo al procedimiento establecido en ésta".

Ayant examiné les informations reçues et en l’absence d’une réponse du Gouvernement, le Groupe de travail considère que les trois frères Al Abbab sont détenus d’une manière arbitraire, qui contrevient à l’article 9 de la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme, selon lequel «nul ne peut être arbitrairement arrêté, détenu ni exilé», et au paragraphe 1 de l’article 9 du Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques, selon lequel «(t)out individu a droit à la liberté et à la sécurité de sa personne» et «(n)ul ne peut être privé de sa liberté, si ce n’est pour des motifs et conformément à la procédure prévus par la loi».

Изучив полученную информацию и в отсутствие ответа со стороны правительства, Рабочая группа считает, что трех братьев аль-Аббаб содержат в заключении произвольно, что нарушает статью 9 Всеобщей декларации прав человека, согласно которой "никто не может быть подвергнут произвольному аресту, задержанию или изгнанию" и пункт 1 статьи 9 Международного пакта о гражданских и политических правах, согласно которому "каждый человек имеет право на свободу и личную неприкосновенность" и "никто не должен быть лишен свободы иначе, как на таких основаниях и в соответствии с такой процедурой, которые установлены законом".
