The opening window has a first opening (62) and a second opening (64) that: communicate with each other; have a rectangular shape whereby two sides thereof are parallel to the central axis of the control gauge; are offset in the circumferential direction of the control gauge, in a state in which parts thereof overlap in the central axis direction of the control gauge; and are arranged adjacent in the central axis direction of the control gauge.
