NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby declared by the Canada Industrial Relations Board that the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths Forgers & Helpers, Local 451, is now the successor bargaining agent and, as such, has acquired all the rights, privileges and duties of the Brotherhood of Painters, Decorators & Paperhangers of America, Local 1497 with respect to the certified bargaining unit described in the said Order as follows: "the painter foreman, painters, sign painters and helpers of the Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Company Limited."

EN CONSÉQUENCE, le Conseil canadien des relations industrielles déclare par la présente que la Fraternité internationale des chaudronniers, constructeurs de navires en fer, forgerons, forgeurs et aides section locale 451 est maintenant l'agent négociateur successeur et qu'à ce titre a acquis tous les droits, privilèges et obligations de le Brotherhood of Painters, Decorators & Paperhangers of America, section locale 1497 à l'égard de l'unité de négociation accréditée décrite dans l'ordonnance susmentionnée comme suit: «le contremaître de peintres, les peintres, les peintres d'enseignes ainsi que les aides, travaillant pour la Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Company Limited.»
