본 발명은 연료전지시스템에서 시스템제어기와 인버터는 종속관계역할로 되어 있는 구성을 시스템제어기와 인버터 내의 컨버터제어기에 여러 파라미터를 서로 공유하여 인버터를 연료전지시스템에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 구성하고 그 입력제어방법을 개시한 연료전지시스템 및 인버터와 연료전지의 입력제어방법에 관한 것으로, 시스템제어기와 인버터 내의 컨버터 제어기를 종속관계가 역할이 아닌 시스템제어기의 온오프 정보와 여러 파라미터를 공유하여 인버터 또는 컨버터의 동작가능상태를 능동적으로 구동할 수 있도록 한 연료전지시스템을 특징으로 한다.
