وإن من مسؤوليتنا جميعا تجنب أن يحدث هذا الأمر ونعتقد أن الأوان قد حان كيما يتخذ مجلس الأمن على نحو حازم إجراء بشأن جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية والعمل على تنفيذ اتفاق لوساكا تنفيذا كاملا.

It is our collective responsibility to avoid this happening and we believe that this is the time for the Security Council to decisively take action on the case of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and get the Lusaka Agreement fully implemented.
